Who made these laws?

Omg so you can purposely run a red light and kill a baby by accident and get off. Yes we all f*k up, God knows we all do. Who pays the price? What message does this send. Poor baby Ocean, may you someday get justice.

They did not, however, call evidence about Zadeh’s driving history, including two dozen infractions going back to 2014 such as entering an intersection on a red light, disobeying traffic control devices, and speeding.

B.C.'s Court Services Online system shows that Moshfegi Zadeh has a long list of driving-related infractions dating back to 2014.

Prior to the deadly crash, they include multiple instances of speeding, disobeying traffic control device, failure as a new driver to display the letter "N" and others.

Wow OUR SYSTEM is Rigged!!

Darby explained on Wednesday that driving records of the accused are not admissible during a trial in most cases. She said that if a person is convicted of an offence, their driving record becomes relevant and admissible at the sentencing hearing

This is outrageous! We're supposed to trust a justice system that allows individuals with a history of reckless driving to walk away unscathed after taking a precious life? How is it that someone can repeatedly flout traffic laws, putting countless lives at risk, and then evade accountability when their negligence results in tragedy?

Baby Ocean's death is a stark reminder of the failures within our legal system. It's unconscionable that someone with a laundry list of driving infractions can escape justice simply because their driving record isn't considered during trial. What kind of message does this send to society? That you can disregard the law, endanger lives, and face minimal consequences?

This isn't just about one individual's negligence; it's about systemic failures that allow such injustices to occur. We demand accountability from those responsible for upholding the law. Baby Ocean deserves justice, and so do all the other victims of reckless drivers who have been failed by a broken system.

It's time for transparency, reform, and above all, justice. We cannot allow this miscarriage of justice to go unchallenged. We stand with Baby Ocean and demand answers.
